I lost / forgot to download my track this month, can you send it to me?
As stated at all courses, we highly recommend you make a second copy of each track. Unfortunately we are unable to replace past tracks. You can only see tracks if you are an active subscriber. If for any reason you cannot see the video library or tracks to purchase, your membership may have expired or monthly payment may not have been cleared, If you are unsure what the problem is refer to our helpdesk by sending a message to the helpdesk explaining the problem. It should be resolved within 24-48 hours.
I can't access music tracks.
You can only see tracks when you if you are an active subscriber. You may still need to start your subscription or it may have run out.
How do I buy kit?

How do I cancel my subscription?
At T30 Fitness Training we do all we can to respect your rights to privacy and the protection of your personal information.
