Why become a GameFit coach

Amateur sports clubs do not have the funds to employ a sports scientist so how do they ensure fitness training meets their team / athlete’s needs? Game metrics have changed considerably over the last decade however fitness training remains almost unchanged. GameFit looks at new training methods to improve fitness and ultimately sports performance.

ON THE DAY

You are required to arrive on time and dressed appropriately to participate in physical activity.
